Lawncutting.co.uk - Terms and Conditions.
For those customers who are not in at the time of a cut, we will leave an
invoice. You will need to send a CHEQUE or a POSTAL ORDER WITHIN 7 DAYS of the
account reaching £20.00. In cases of one off contracts payment should be made
within 7 days. If we need to write to you regarding a bad debt we reserve the
right to charge a £15.00 administration fee. For those customers who would
prefer to pay on the day of the service, we will accept A CHEQUE, or CASH.
Please write your address on the back of the cheque. This will ensure the
correct account is being credited.
PLEASE MAKE CHEQUES PAYABLE TO: D Bradford.
If you need to complain please do so by telephoning us as soon as possible. WE
WILL NOT ACCEPT COMPLAINTS AFTER 1 DAY OF GRASS CUTTING. Please note that whilst
we will do our up most to insure all path, patio areas etc will be cleaned of
any debris (grass cutting) we will not accept complaints regarding any clippings
left on site.
Please be advised that our aim will be to provide the grass cutting service on
the same day at the intervals required and agreed with you, unfortunately due to
unforeseen circumstances this may not be possible.
I.E. due to weather conditions.
If you choose to have your grass cuttings left on site, the cuttings will be
left in bags at the designated area you requested.
On choosing the 2nd option whereby the grass cuttings will be removed by us. A
£2.50 charge will be added to your account for every service provided.
To cancel your grass cutting contract you need to give 14 days notice, by E
mailing our customer services
cancel@lawncutting.co.uk . Customers who choose to turn away Gardeners on
scheduled dates will be invoiced for the grass cutting fees.
